What They Are Saying About Us:
Words Cant Describe My Gratitude
I started working with Rose in 2021 through the groups she offers. To this day my group and I still meet now in 2023 because of the impact Rose had on us.
I would not be where I am today with my mental health recovery and journey if it was not for the ways Rose stepped in. She is honest, truth focused, and compassionate to the throws that come with BPD. She WILL be honest with you and if you are not committed to recovery and growth, the feedback can be strong. Not because she is wrong, but because the disorder can make you feel very sensitive to hard truths.
She is committed to re-establishing your identity. From a mindset of BPD is my identity… to this is a disorder I live with, but does not define me. My experience is that labels can become scapegoats to excuse bad behavior, and Rose helps to breakdown that mindset. For the sake of the individual and their loved ones who are by their side in recovery.
With the help of Rose she helped me escape a really unhealthy marriage, and exposed light into dark places that I and my family will forever be grateful for.
To this day I still work with Rose and find that her insight, encouragement, and kindness continues to be a breath of fresh air.
Could not be more grateful
After listening to the podcast for a few months, I began meeting with Rose and it has now been over a year—one of the best decisions I made for myself and my well-being! Rose and the podcast have both tremendously helped me improve my quality of life, my self identity, confidence, and ability to feel comfortable on my own. Rose frequently gives me tailored homework assignments that often include art and they aid me in healing my inner child among other things. I love Rose’s honesty and “tough love”, it is definitely something my previous therapists never gave me that I need at this point in my life. Above all, I can truly tell that Rose cares about me, her clients, and podcast listeners. I’m forever grateful and highly recommend the podcast! Thank you! <3
Forever thankful to have found Rose
Rose is not only extremely knowledgeable and amazing at what she does, but she is also incredibly compassionate, discerning, patient, and kind. Each episode leaves me feeling so encouraged and excited about my recovery journey. I also work with Rose one-on-one every week and she has helped me in my journey immensely. Before I started working with her, I felt like I didn’t have the necessary tools to navigate my way through emotions, tough situations, baggage, and so on. But together, we have worked through so many things, and for the first time I truly feel like I have hope, and I can see my way out. Rose really really cares for people and that is so evident in her work. I highly respect and trust her and will continue to recommend her to anyone everyone!
Rose is a colleague of mine in a group aimed towards improving our practice and I highly recommend working with her! From all of my interactions with her I have seen her prove to be very thorough in her delivery and responsive to others. She always has ideas on how to improve upon what she is doing and makes it happen. She truly cares about finding ways to deliver the highest level of services to her clients to help make lasting changes.
My husband and I have been training with Jay for several years. The words that best describe Jay are; committed, integrity, knowledgeable, professional, active listener, and personable. Jay’s commitment is exhibited by his behavior. He is always, always on time! Even in the dead of winter when schools were closed, Jay showed up to our house on time! Jay is a man of integrity and professionalism. He has the uncanny ability to push us to the edge of our physical and mental limits while still maintaining a safe and healthy boundary. I know that Jay never ever stops learning about his craft. Whether the knowledge concerns the latest research on motivation, nutrition, or exercise science, Jay relentlessly applies the cutting edge research to our workouts. I always look forward to the first training of the week so that Jay can share his new found knowledge with us.
After finding out my partner of almost two decades had BPD, I was struggling to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I stumbled upon Rose’s podcasts and listened to them all. After listening to her podcasts for over a year, I got brave and booked a session. That was over a year ago. I meet with Rose weekly, to help me become a better version of myself while attempting to relate to my spouse. Rose has helped me understand the disorder and has given me hope. She has helped me understand sensitivity in my children due to genetics and I feel I have become a better person. She is a straight shooter. I’ve been to years and years of therapy, and I have never had anyone as honest and forthright at Rose. She does not beat around the bush. I desperately needed that when I found her. She, and this podcast, is a game changer and worth every penny. I am so grateful to have this resource and more than anything I’m grateful for ROSE.
Rose is a compassionate, caring, and encouraging person and clinician who is committed to her client’s well-being.
I have aged 8 years since I started training with Jay, but a feel strong and resilient. I am meeting my goals. What more can you ask of your coach?
